3 delicious sandwiches - cucumber sandwich, chicken sandwich, cabbage and meat sandwich - a great idea for a quick snack or for a picnic in nature. Only fresh vegetables, juicy chicken and cream cheese and a little seasoning. In these sandwiches there is no onion, if desired, you can add onion marinated in balsamic vinegar to any of the sandwiches, this taste will not spoil.
Having quickly prepared snacks, it remains to collect a picnic basket and go to the nearest green lawn.

- 6 slices of white bread;
- 2 chicken fillets;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 cucumber;
- 1 leaf of early or Beijing cabbage;

A method of preparing delicious sandwiches
We brown the white bread in the toaster to the desired condition, I do not advise over-frying - the toasts will crumble, it is enough to slightly dry and brown them.
Cut the chicken fillet, with a sharp knife we make shallow cuts cross to cross. Salt the meat, pour it over with olive oil, put it on a very hot pan or grill, fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, pepper. We lay the fillet on the board, give a rest a couple of minutes.
Grease a slice of toasted bread with Dijon mustard on one side.
Put warm chicken fillet on bread.
Cut the tomato into thin slices. We put on the fillet chopped tomato, a couple of sprigs of fresh dill. Squeeze thin strips of mayonnaise on the vegetables.
Cover chicken with vegetables with a second slice of bread, cut diagonally. Done! The result was a delicious sandwich with chicken and tomato.
Now we will prepare a sandwich with a cucumber - a classic of English fast food. We spread curd cream cheese on two toasted toasts, in this case Philadelphia cheese will come in handy.

We cut the meat in very thin narrow strips or tear it with our hands. Shred Beijing or early cabbage finely, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, pour over olive oil.
