Universal gravy with chicken and mushrooms
We have prepared a hearty, incredibly appetizing and elementary dish in cooking for you today. This sauce is one hundred percent universal, as it is suitable for every side dish: vegetables, pasta, potatoes ... Yes, anything! Gravy with chicken and mushrooms will save you in moments when there is no time or you do not want to particularly think about what to cook. Take your favorite side dish, add the gravy and lunch is ready! A real lifesaver.

Chicken and Mushroom Gravy Ingredients
- 300 g chicken;
- 300 g of champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 3 tooth. garlic
- 40 g butter;
- 250 g sour cream;
- 50 ml of water;
- 1 tbsp. l flour;
- salt, pepper - to taste.

The method of preparation of universal gravy with chicken and mushrooms
Rinse the chicken pulp and mushrooms for gravy in warm tap water. Free from the upper unnecessary layer of the bulb, garlic cloves. We weigh all other ingredients on a kitchen scale in accordance with the recipe. Immediately set the chicken to cook.
We cut champignons for gravy with thick plates. Such slicing is recommended in order to clearly feel the mushroom taste in the dish.

In a pan of high-quality material, melt a piece of oil. We throw mushroom plates there too. We adjust the flame level to the maximum value so that the mushrooms are fried and not stewed in their own juice, which will happen if you do not increase the intensity of the fire.

We have a little time to chop onion and garlic: chop both of these ingredients finely with a knife.

By the readiness of the mushrooms (and this is immediately evident by the ruddy and very appetizing appearance) we throw garlic and onion slices to them. We give three minutes, without reducing the temperature parameters, the mushroom mass is saturated with garlic and onion juice.

By this time, the fillet has already been cooked. We chop it into small pieces.
Add the fillet to the mushroom mass, and then reduce the heat to almost the minimum. Mix.
In a bowl, shake the water and flour until the lumps are completely destroyed. Pour into the pan to the remaining components. There we add sour cream, salt, pepper. We mix. No more than 10 minutes will be required to achieve absolute readiness of gravy with chicken and mushrooms.
Universal gravy with chicken and mushrooms is ready. We spread it in a bowl (or leave it in a pan - as it suits you).
